How To Install Windows Programs In Linux Mint

Linux Mint is one of the most popular Linux distribution Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu. Today i am going to teach you how to install windows programs on your Linux. First of all you need to install wine in your Linux Mint OS (Ctrl+Shift+T) and put in the following command.

rumy@:~# sudo apt-get install wine

Now with rumy@:~# sudo apt-get install wine update your repository.


Now download the windows software you want to  install from the internet. Like you want to install CCleaner for example. Now right-click on the exe. file, you now have the option to open the file with Wine windows program loader.



Now Wine will automatically configure your installation.
